Roll bar Identifaction
 

Hey all! Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I couldn't really find one more appropriate. Anyway. There's a guy with a roll bar for sale near me at a good price, but he doesn't know what it is other than a hard dog. It looks like an M1 Sport with no cross braces, in which case I can't use it because i have a stupid glass window top. Is that the case? I've been hunting for quite some time for a cheap roll bar and now that I found one it probably isn't compatible. :mad:

Funny thing is I contacted this guy already about this since im going up to minneapolis on Thursday to hopefully pick up a miata im bidding on. So if you dont buy it by then I already emailed him earlier this week and said I would stop by haha

haha... wow. small world. It's a decent price, but I'm pretty sure it's an M1 Sport, which does me no damn good with my glass top, which really sucks. I need a roll bar ASAP so I can run blackhawk this summer. Why must they all be so expensive! :eek4:

Well im picking this up tomorrow just so you dont call him asking if he still has it. Not sure what I am going to do about the harness bar yet possibly weld a bar to the body since I dont want to compromise this roll bar but we'll see. Sorry to steal it from ya but my new purchase needs some goodies right away haha

You bastard! Just kidding... I would have been pissed had i been able to use it. Unfortunately it's an M1. Believe me... I can use a roll bar... Totally would have jumped all over that had it been usable. Glad someone can use it. Good price though!
