Help identify this connector

Help identify this connector
I removed my dash and cannot figure out what this connector is for. It comes out of the harness with the hazard and horn relay wiring above the steering column. This may have never been hooked up or I am just overlooking something. I tried to look in the wiring diagram for it but I have not found it. Thanks for any help.
