Thanks, during school I was practicing 6G 5" sch. 40 pipe for a month which helped a lot with transitioning the cup as your rollin around. MIG is fun too but I'm a tig welder to the core.

SKMetalworks, it's a Marathon, not a sprint, right?

Possibly it's a sprint, in which case I'm way off base.

Its been a while since i updated this thread. Reason being ive lost motivation. Well i just started again today and worked on the exhaust a bit. Like a dumbass i waited till the last minuet (sunday) to sign up for the novice school and good ol' murphys law put me on the waiting list. So this track car isnt going to be on the track for a little while. Maybe that's all i needed since i was getting stressed out about trying to finish it in time.

Looks pretty good, but how come you didn't do it like this:

Would be a few less bends and welds.

BTW, what muffler are you going with?

Would it be harder to transition the pipe to the proper direction right next to the diff if it was done that way?

It does provide a bit more clearance for the u-joint too.....

Abe- The reason being is the bellhousing is right there at the start of the mid pipe so i wanted to follow the car as much as possible. At the rear i didnt want to have it sit any lower then humanly possible. Maybe your right but its 10x better than my first one.

Shuiend- Nothing wrong with bush (except for the kind on a woman)

I wanted to finish it today so i made sure i did my best

I went and got a el cheapo tip to quiet down my car because cops dont like loud cars.

I figured id mount it out to the driver side but realized it would take more bends than what i came up with.

looks good.

That center exit exhaust is going to make you die of aids. Go back to CR.net and buy a garage vary lip.

. Looks good. Cant wait to hear it. Plan on me being by next weekend to install your MS.

Forget tucking it up. It needs to come out and aim up like a stinger exhaust on a beetle

I love the center exit. Good job on the pipe, it looks trick. Next time do it like ARTech showed w/less bends and get that 2.1335413 extra HP.
