I never heard any definate answers on seats for large individuals. I'm about 24" shoulder to shoulder and none of the seats that wot or anywhere else sells that will fit in the miata i don't think would fit me. Has anybody had experience with wide enough seats in the miata? I know that more people then me have been asking this question and I'm just lookin for an answer :sadwavey:

Any "sport seat" will be uncomfortable for you. I'm 5'9" @ 200lbs give or take a few depending on if I take a hellacious shit. It's not all fat, I have to work out to maintain 200 or else I lose it (chicks hate that, my wife included). I have a 36" waist and about a 50-52" shoulder measurement, the Corbeau Clubmans I have don't have the little shoulder wings and I barely fit in there. On long, spirited drives I get sore below my arms, but it's worth it for the support the seats give me in the ass area.

well i guess I'll have to get the same, I was eyeballing the sparco sprints because it looked the little wings were flatter compared to the seat and the shoulders might just rest on them, instead of be stabbed by them
