I would say somewhere around $8k, maybe. You have a nice list of parts there, but without parting everything out you don't get anywhere close to what the parts are worth.

Goodluck with the sale! :bigtu:

Looks like about a $10K car, but if the money were in my pocket I'd talk you down to atleast $8500. Very nice ride though.

I also agree. Something between $8,000-$10,000 would be nice. Maybe you can find someone to pay the upper end of the scale. I over paid for my run of the mill Miata, so surely someone out there is willing to pay a bit more than its worth.

I parted my first Miata out to get what I needed out of her. This one I will let go if the price is good. 8-10 is what I was thinking. Maybe I will post her for the upper and go from there... depends how desperate I get I guess :dunno:

Thanks guys for your time in this matter,

Joel

Hmmm... I see my services are needed here.

A bone stock '99 10ae with 100k is no longer attractive to an enthusiast. Guys are sellling them with half that many miles in the $8-9k range... that makes your car (if it was pristine and bone stock) worth about $7k-$7.5k to the average Miata buyer who likes blue, but not a 10ae buyer per-se.

Everything except the turbo system adds about $1k to the value to a buyer looking for exactly the setup you've got. If the turbo system was not installed, I bet you could actually get $8k for it.

I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT YOUR ASKING PRICE, I'M TALKING ABOUT YOUR SELLING PRICE!

Unfortunately for you, the economy and the time of year is not on your side (summer cars already purchased)... and while your turbo kit is good quality, it's an average setup.

If you ask any more than $10k, all you're gonna get is lowballs. If you ask $9500, I bet you'll get some bites and be able to sell for about $9k. It would be super easy to remove the turbo system... probably in a short afternoon provided you have the stock parts. You could sell the complete turbo setup/exhaust/ECU/gauges for around $3k I'd bet... and stil get over $7k for the car with all the other mods included.

The one thing you do have going for you is that if you could sucker somebody into paying $10k, I bet they could even get it financed through a legit credit source... KBB and NADA both say $8k stock w/100k.
