225 is a damn good price, the cost to rebuild mine was 180 alone...

sweet, thanks for the replys guys.

The guy said it has alittle over 100k miles, used redline oil all its life, and works good. He said hell take 100 shipped so Im makeing out good I guess!

Also, how can I tell if it needs new clutches? how exactly do you measure it? try rotateing each end in opposite directions?

Pull and Pry method here....set the backlash and installed it.

once installed, kept one wheel on the ground and a torque wrench on the axle nut on the one in the air....added "torque" until i could slip the discs.

iirc, factory is 60-80lbs. cant remember.

its pretty much locked all the time. only time actually notice it is in reverse. I have no issues driving in the rain or around corners....I quite enjoy traction.

Where can you get the rebuild stuff and what do I usually need?

And how do I tighten it up?
