Stuck horn/Fast Blinker/Stuck Headlights after steering wheel install
 

Hi everyone,

I just recently switched out my stock steering wheel for an NRG short hub/QR with a Sparco 320mm Steering wheel. However, the first thing I noticed after the installation was that the turn signals were blinking noticably faster than normal. Soon after, when I went to turn off the headlights, they ended up stuck in the "up" position, even after double checking behind the tombstone to see if the headlight pop-up switch was plugged in.

I did some research and found that one of the ways the headlights get stuck is if the turn signal module is broken. Could I have possibly broken it or messed something up when installing my wheel? Maybe I cut a wrong wire?

Also, when installing the hub, I trimmed all the wires from the airbag module (orange or blue, I forget), and wrapped it around the hub. The other set of wires, which I suspect was for the horn, were retained. However, now when I try and plug in the horn button on the steering wheel side, as soon as I touch it to any "ground" the horn stays on even if I'm not pressing it. If it means anything, the sparco horn button is weird in that it has two "male" attachments, whereas the wiring coming from the NRG hub has one female and one male wire to attach to the horn.

So pretty much I'm left with three issues:
-Headlights are stuck open even when off
-Fast blinker
-Horn stays on when I try wiring it.

Are any of these issues that are familiar to you guys? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated..thank you very much!
