I don't see an afpr on that list. And with all the increased flow of the reworked head/cams + that big of a turbo my answer would be: NOT a lot. Under 15 that's for sure.
Lots of variables are involved as well, so don't expect a precise answer. In fact, don't expect anything even remotely precise.

I was running 19 psi at one point. That is when I blew out third gear in the transmission. So I know it is good for 19 psi .

You'll tap the 550s out at ~300-310whp, which will probably be around 14psi with that setup. Be careful, use a wideband.

edit: I don't see a wideband. I'll guarantee that you weren't running 19psi safely from a 3071R on 550s at stock fuel pressure. Forged pistons don't give you immunity from being stupid with the tune - it just means the mistake takes longer to show up, and more money to correct afterwards.

When the car was dyno'd it dynod at 310Rwhp at 14.5 psi. The injectors were at 90% at 14.5 psi when dyno'd

I do have an afpr. I don't know how to use it though! lol do I need to turn it up with the boost?

90% is already beyond the safe operating limits of injectors. You can't turn it up any more.

Don't touch the AFPR, don't touch the boost, don't touch a damn thing. Set it back exactly like your tuner set it, and just drive it. If you want more power, you need more injector and a new tune - you cannot just crank up the boost without compensating for it in the tune.

You're either the biggest n00bsicle in the world that happened to buy a pre-built/tuned car or a troll. In either case, you're about to feel the wrath of mt.net with questions like that.

People have argued anywhere from high 10's to mid 12's for good afr under boost.
Guys, not to scare him, but wasn't he at 90% with his injectors party because of his stock fuel pressure? Wouldn't his Afpr change the equation and lower it?

But don't forget what sav said, 90% is already too high for comfort.

You don't need any more power. I've seen how you drive. You'll blow yourself to pieces.

Take the car to a compitent tuner and have them tune the car to more boost pressure while also increasing the base fuel pressure. It's not just fuel you should be worried about. It's not as simple as turning up the afpr and running mire boost. Your motor will blow up. Unless the csr is tuned for 19 psi DO NOT run thamuch pressure again. Simply turnig up the base pressure will make your whole map richer causing it to run like poo. If you turn up the pressure you need a re tune.

I would look at getting a set of ev14 based injectors that would support your hp goal and have some room incase of spikes or any other issues that arise

Oh and ditch the link for a more modern ecu. Good luck finding anyone to tune that system.

This is pure crap. I run 23psi all day every day and I have no AFPR.

Just run more boost and make that turbo happy!!! that is how you win
