Default Pretty sure my car is possessed...

I was on my way to the tuner on Friday and ran into a kind of weird issue (first time it has ever happened). I was on the freeway and ran into some light stop and go traffic when I noticed that my car wasn't accelerating and my rpm slowly coming down, good thing I was in the slow lane and was able to pull over on the shoulder.

The car would start but will not idle. I sat there for a good 10 minutes trying to start before I gave up and called a tow truck. About 20 minutes the car would fire up and idle correctly. I was able to make the 45-minute drive home w/o any issues.

TL;dr: Car dies and would start up again after some time has passed.

Info on the car:
1992
MS3X
Stock 1.6 ( I know... I know)
FF 610cc Injectors
DW200 fuel pump
Sequential injection
stock ignition setup
NGK range 7 spark plugs (tuner told me to gap them at .024")

Potential causes:
Bad ignitor
Bad CAS
Bad Fuel pump
Bad ground
Fuel pump relay
Main relay

What I checked:
Ignitor - Didn't know how to check this, but I assumed it was good because I was still getting a tach signal?
CAS - Did a datalog on the way home and did not see any sync errors.
Fuel pump - I haven't had a chance to open up the gas tank, but I hear it prime. (any way to log to see if the fuel pump is bad?)
Ground - Didn't see any loose ground wires.
Fuel pump relay - haven't gotten around to check this yet
The main relay - haven't gotten around to check this yet

That's all I could come up with, anyone have any other ideas? Criticism?

often it's the cas, the fact that it's sync'd when working right doesn't rule it out

Could be MAT sensor heatsoak/tuning. My car wanted to pull fuel on hot start because the MAT sensor wasn't tuned properly and was heatsoaking like a b*tch. It started but revs would drop and stall unless I feathered the throttle, and letting the car cool down would fix it.
Do you have an AFR log of it happening?

I would have to go through my logs and see what the afr readings were at, but I don't think it's a heat soak issue ( I could be wrong). The car would start but will not idle and whenever I stepped on the gas the rpms wouldn't go up.

I'll post the log when I get off work. (remember this isn't tuned, so the log is all over the place)
