Throttle cable issue
 

Hi - I recently had to replace my throttle cable. I'm have an issue with it. When I go to push the throttle completely down it never makes it fully open. I've adjusted it at the nut on throttle cable at the manifold from one end to completely to the other. While it makes the problem worse doing this, it doesn't make it any better. Any thoughts on how else I can fix this? I've been googling forever and found nothing.

Bend pedal arm to allow it to travel further. Make the pedal sit higher above the floor so the travel is increased.
