Used motor, good deal?
Found a motor in the next town over. It is a 94 1.8 long block with 100k and supposedly runs great. I'm looking for a motor to start a mild build for future plans. He is wanting 350 picked up, sound like a good deal?

Yeah, I've seen 1.8s go for 500+. If you're patient though, find one that was blown up or something since you're going to be building it anyway.
Regardless, 350 is a good deal. |
Go for it! Definitely a good price.

Get it!

$350 is a good deal for a motor you're going to use, but you can find cheaper if you're going to rebuild anyhow. |
That's a pretty good price. Not the steal of the century but certainly sounds like a "right" price. Wouldn't hesitate at that price if you need it.
|
Fuck it. Sure. The crank is worth about $100, oil pan $100, head at least $100..

Chucky is dropping his prices to attract victims.
