Default Poly bushings

Theres got to be a trick. Right now i cant for the life of me get them in. Ive tried putting a guide on the outside and a smaller pipe on the bushing to push them in but it just doesnt want to get in there.

Which bushings? My ES bushings on the Miata (and tons of others I've put in) were pretty simple, just lubed them and stuck a bushing in each side of the hole. Pressed them in with a vise.

Put the bushings in first then the dowel, use bolts and washers to pull the dowel even. Use lots of the grease on every surface you can touch with your finger.
