The o-ring that fits between the mani/pipe.

Excuse my ignorance, but I've been searching all morning, haha.

I just bought two of them, but didn't not the exact size. It was in the O'Reilly red box though. I can measure the one I didn't install when I'm done with class later.

I'll call it Charlene. That's a good name for it.

its just an o-ring. figure out the size and you can pick them up for cheap at any parts or hardware store.

When i looked locally I couldn't find one thick enough to seal appropriately. Easy to find on of correct ID, but not OD. It's like 1/4" thick. I say take the pipe off the heater hose and haul it around till you find the thickest oring possible.
Or grab one off mazda if you have a local dealer.

Take the old one to a decent-sized local hydraulic hose shop and find a match. The rubber will be better quality than some of the crap at the auto parts store anyway. They will have multiple sizes and thicknesses.

The O-ring was destroyed last night, and I've got a "replacement" for it on there now, but it is definitely temporary.
It's also a little hard to haul a chunk of my cooling system around when it belongs to my daily ;p

Thanks for the help, tho

EDIT:

Thanks Brain, that was the part I needed
