Default Anyone know this Miata?

I have no details other than it is still available...got me thinking about buying instead of starting from scratch. I realize there isn't much to go on here but if anyone knows the car and has any constructinve input I would appreciate it. Thanks

this was my first guess, but doesn't seem to be the case:

Personally, I would not buy someone else's project. The guy says he will accept trades, but not a project and then says his car is not a project... but it is. I say do it yourself. Then you know everything has been done right and the way you want it. No one puts a lot of time and money into a car and then sells it for less unless there is a reason. Also, he says it has rust. Project cars should not have rust unless you only plan on driving them for a few years or you want to repair it yourself.
