Whats my link standalone worth?

So i got my car with the link standalone but im not a big fan of the link. I would much rather have a MS then this thing. So what i wanted to know is what is the Link standalone that fits the 90-93 worth? I have the keypad and the serial adapter for this thing also.

The Link is a fine system. It's not as "capable" as a lot of modern ECU's, but it's reliable and there is immense support. It has the benefit of being 100% PnP. I'm not sure there are many people running "big" power on them anymore, but I know that there have been some 300whp Link cars.

For somebody planning on a standard build and shooting in the 250whp range, it's very capable... even beyond that. With the keypad included, I'd ask $600, and take the first offer above $400.

I think Sam is still living in 2008 or whenever it was he had his miata. Times have changed drastically.

I say keep it if you are staying under 250 HP. I had one, got upgrade fever, and got into the MS. I was going north of 250 with a built motor and wanted more head room. I believe it is limited to 18psi.

The LINK was awesome. Idle was perfect. If you don't you don't have dataloglab software, then I recommend purchasing it. It makes tuning much easier. I miss the ease of the LINK.

I think $250 - 300. People seem to be selling diyPNPs for $500. Granted it isn't straight PNP and that is worth something.

I'd ask $300 and be happy to get $200. I'm adding $50 to both figures since you mentioned having the Serial Link (yes, capitalized). They're somewhat rare and sought after. But then I took away $100 since you mentioned it's a 90-93 Link, which is the least capable.

As djp0623 said, they are VERY easy to tune with. I still enjoy my Link even though it's past its prime.

Hey, for $400, it's a decent standalone PnP ECU that has powered many boosted Miatas into glory.

I would not get rid of it. If you have it already. Real easy to work with. I got a used one back when i had my 92 . Sold it for around 600~700 about 6 years ago for price reference.
