Where did you buy your turbo oil feed line??
I was planning on using Artech's oil feed kit, but my block does not have the oild feed line on the driver side. I will have to source my oil from the pressure sender location.
Where did you buy your line that goes from the turbo to the pressure sender, and what was the length of your line. I know this will be turbo setup dependent so if you have a begi or fm setup that would be great. If not, still post so that way I can get an estimate. The wiki site says no less than 42" iirc, but that is pretty vague |

That is helpful. Thanks from me for the info, too. I am in for info regarding length, as well, although I may use diy fittings so I can cut the hose to length at home.

Wow you guys didnt read the "All your ans. in one post" did you??

That kit looks like a winner.
Quick question. Are you 96+ guys really using a 42"-48" line? 4 feet of line seems awful long. Djp, don't forget to prime the turbo. |
Yes, mine is pretty damn huge. Although I don't think mine is quite 42" (From FM). I think it is shown in one of the pictures in my build thread.

Djp, don't forget to prime the turbo. i sure hope nobody is boosting before they have oil pressure... but it probably doesn't matter on ball bearing turbos. journal bearing might be an issue. maybe that's why there's all those failures? a second or two of dry bearing at startup...? |

I know this will probably sound stupid, but it probably is a good question?

BEGI has an oil supply kit for all years. We can adjust fittings or line length if needed.

really easy to make your own and then you know it is the exact right size. I'm doing fuel lines now and it's actually kinda fun to work with.

I found that that 4 feet is a bit long, but it works. |
summit racing. order some fittings, some stainless line and your good to go.
-4an is a pain to assemble though. |
