Default Who says Miatas aren't useful?

I'm moving next week and had to pick up some boxes. 18 in fact. They all fit in the Miata...

...sorta.

It was an exciting drive home.

I wish I could find the picture I took when I had a sofa strapped to the back of my '90.

What's wrong with my e-brake? It functions fine, calipers are adjusted, no slack in cable, etc.

Get back to me when you have removed the passenger seat and have a dressed motor in the passenger section. Not that I have done this. I have two trucks so I have no need for such shenanigans but I have seen it done.

No motor in the pax area right now, although I did recently carry a transmission there.

This is what my car looks like at the moment:

It usually has one or two more pieces attached.

How to carry a mountain bike in a Miata.

Step 1: Put mountain bike in Miata.

Step 2: Drive.

Harbor Freight nylon straps FTW. These are probably the single most useful thing I have ever purchased. Perfectly stable at 75 MPH.

Took home a 21 Gallon floor standing air compressor in the passenger seat. Wouldn't have fit standing up in most other cars!

When I have to buy a few 10' 2x4s, I take the miata to Home Depot instead of my outback because long boards don't fit in the wagon. Practical my ***.

I've hauled a kayak + paddle standing upright in the passenger's seat, 100 miles, at 80mph.

I once climbed into my Miata on the way home from school with 20 party ballons...top up. It was my daughter's second birthday and I wasn't going to dissappoint.

The only one that popped was the one right next to my eardrum.

Well, that's why I was wondering. It's pretty damned obvious that I have a trunk- you can see it through the gaping hole which, on most miatas, is covered by a large, heavy lid.

You might as well ask "Why don't you have a top" or "Why don't you have a large wooden crate containing 500 lbs of cast-iron ****** strapped to the hood?"

So, Joe, why don't you have a large wooden crate containing 500 lbs of cast-iron ****** strapped to the hood exactly again?!?
