Default Electric gremlins ate my car

After looong suffering through blown up motor, replacement, head-job, overheating, last night I thought that's it - now I can drive my car after almost one year of owning it and only 6 days of driving it.

But no such luck. During a test-drive last night the 'engine' fuse blew.

Symptom: Consumer side of engine fuse is connected to ground

Diagnostics:
- Pulled connectors of ECU
- Pulled all connectors under dash
- Pulled all connectors in center console
- Pulled both cooling fan and AC fan relay connectors in engine bay
- Even though I knew they couldn't be the culprit, I pulled pretty much all sensor and other connectors in the engine bay

All harnesses look bloody perfect, but one of my blk/wht wires is grounded somewhere and I'll be damned if I know where.

These are the circuits that seem to be connected to the engine fuse:
- Cooling Fan (pulled)
- AC Fan (pulled)
- Engine Controls (pulled)
- Data Lines (not sure where)
- Supplemental Restraints (not sure where)
- Ig. Coils (pulled)
- Main Relay on main fuse block (pulled)
- Data Link conn (left rear engine)

Any idea, how to diagnose this further without ripping the whole f-ing loom out and going through it wire by wire?
