Check your emails in your sent box Keith, you said 1/4" rivets, so I used 1/4" bolts. Ohs well, it felt like over kill when I bought them and i shoulda gone with my gut. No worries though, everyone makes mistakes and it doesn't affect anything. I actually kinda like the look of the bolt pattern.
I do have a question about the triangle windows. Before I start digging into the doors, are the stock glass ones glued in with anything? And are their any special instructions for dis-assembling the door to the point of removing the window? I've done all the trim work but never the glass. |

I guess it didn't :) I'll give you a full refund on that advice then. The triangle windows are not glued in, they're held in a rubber channel. The trick to getting them out is the two Secret Screws at the very top of the triangle. I think they're under the weatherstripping that seals to the windshield frame. You can pull the triangular window without removing the main door window but it involves a bit of juggling. |
