Slotted rotors? Any way to get better pads?

amagalla 03-24-2009 11:59 AM

They can do drilled and slotted, drilled only, slotted only or dimpled and slotted.

As for the pads; I assume you're talking about ceramic. I'll check.

The price stated above is for any of the Posi Quiet pads (semi metallics, extended wear or ceramics), but they'll do Hawk HPS pads for $40 more.

Remember, if we can get 10 people in on this, we can take $10 off.

I'd rather have scratched and dinged.

Are these drilled and slotted? I'll pick them up in a heart beat if they are.

Are you trying to be funny, rude, or do you just really hate drilled/slotted rotors? Or is it these rotors specifically? If there is a problem with them, I'd really like to know.

You can have the HPS pads for less than 100$ on performance peddler, with the right coupon code.

And amagalla, I think that Savs and many other user here don't like slotted/drilled rotors cause they fail. Wrapping and cracking is the thumb rule for this type of rotors.
