i have fm turbo kit with 2560r and hydra 2.5 r12 version

i set the boost at 18psi in the ecu but the max boost i have is 13psi and its only at 7k

i dont have leak with a manual boost i hold 18psi but i want to control it with the ecu???

 

i forget to say i ordered aem standalone but 6 week of delay before i got it so i need to make this one work and i dont want to pay for the 2.7 upgrade!!!

 

Hydra's electronic boost control is pretty weak at best. If you want ebc, pick up a stand alone ebc. I wouldn't worry about trying to use Hydra's.

What are you using as your boost control solenoid?

 

Save yourself the grief and give up on the Hydra EBC now. You might get it to work , until it gets cooler or warmer or the humidity changes , or the moon moves relative to the earth .....

 

i will stay with my manual boost until i receive my aem ecu
