Hydra Reset ?

My 2004 MSM/FM Big Enchilada has very little get-up-and-go now.
I have no idea what has happened. The car runs great, just like a non-turbo car should (YUK !!). We did put in a boost guage and we are registering 5psi all the way to redline. No more, no less.
We have checked all vacuum lines. All is well.
FM had us to a test on the boost control solenoid. All is well.
Nothing is stuck in the intake. All is well.
We did disconnect the battery for routine maintenance a couple of weeks ago, when this started. Does the Hydra need to be re-set ?
According to FM the Hydra should not have to be re-set.
Anybody got suggestions ?
I am entered for the Sunday session at Monterey this weekend. I will be seeing the FM boys there and they will look at my car then.
Please advise if you have any suggestions.

If you turn off EBC does it revert to wastegate psi?

Thanks for the reply.
We were instructed by Flyin' Miata to disconnect the vacuum tube from the wastegate and take it for a ride. It should have been unlimited boost at that point. Instead it still had the 5psi. According to FM that rules out the EBC as the problem. That sent us back to a possible leak, which we cannot find. Very frustrating.

Gonna run Laguna Seca on Sunday with my measley 5psi. As it turns out we are probably going to be runnin' in the rain, so the extra boost wont be needed anyway.............bummer.
