Here's my email to the Blacksburg Police:

Hi,

I am writing to report a reckless driver. I was driving to my apartment complex at around 7:45PM on Thursday, February 7. I came into the apartment complex behind a Jeep Cherokee. In the parking lot, he was driving (by my estimation) over 30 mph, and this parking lot is quite tight with a lot of blind corners (especially at night).

However, the reason I'm writing is because the driver drove to one end of the parking lot, and, upon realizing that a tow truck was blocking the passage, the driver threw the Jeep Cherokee into reverse and put his foot to the floor, peeling out, making lots of noise and leaving a huge cloud of smoke from the spinning tires. I presume he was not able to clearly see what was behind him, since it was pitch black outside.

Here is a description of the vehicle:
Make-Mode: Jeep Cherokee
Color: Dark Green (unsure of color--dark)
License plate: Pennsylvania 3589P

Address of driver:

Please do something about this. This has been going on several times a week by the same driver in the same vehicle for months. Someone WILL be killed if this is allowed to continue.

A couple of guys kept going through my neighborhood (lots of kits) in their loud pickup truck at warp speed. when I was out digging a trench in the backyard I heard them coming down the street. I stopped them and approached the vehicle carrying a shovel and asked them to stop driving like ******* animals in the neighborhood. That worked very well, you just have to ask nicely and you'll get results. Bringing in the police is just queer.

Only time I had to drop a dime was on some kids driving down the highway, they try racing me, I dont bite so they fly thru the traffic at some pretty unsafe speeds and narrowly avoid hitting two cars so I catch up to them to bitch them out, buddy hangs a 26 of whiskey out the window then takes and slam, stupid driving is one thing but drunk driving doesnt fly imo.

Reversing in a parking lot even if he did peel is still weak as **** lol
