+1

Changing the halfshafts on my 1st Gen Integra was a bi-yearly ritual. And the performance upgrades are hella expensive.

Some people have had a lot of trouble with honda axles for some reason and I dont know why. I do remember that a lot of the people with troubles were using reman axles, when I did mine a few years ago I made sure to get brand new ones. No problems since (yet).

integra's are a joke.....I know because I owned 4 rsx's and used to be the biggest honda worshiper ever. sure you can throw money at a b or k series engine and make it insanely powerful. its still fwd. without forced induction its still torqueless. did I mention FAIL WHEEL DRIVE? oh yeah I think I did

Because I think Hondas are well engineered and can make a crap load of power from it's minature displacement N/A makes me a ricer? I believe this was actually the most ignorant post I've read. Ignoramus.

I don't care if you are/were a Honda worshipper. I'm not, nor am I a Honda elitest, but I give respect where it's due.

No problem. you can call me ignorant all you want. Been there, done that. Then I realized there are more than one way to look at things.
One thing you need to relize: they are not performance cars. They were never made to be performance cars. They are econoboxes. They serve their purpose very well. Now if this argument was about mpg, or reliability, or any of honda's strong points, I would be on your side. It is a brilliant platform for all of that.

Performance? nope..

Anyways, how the **** did this thread go from being funny to being a flamefest? oh thats right you got butthurt. Pull your panties out of your *** and lets get back on topic

Oh, I can say w/ certainty this has happened to you plenty of times in the past. However, this wasn't directed towards you, rather 6shooter.

Didn't realize you can't any take criticism or objections. You'll go far in life.

"been there done that" was me saying that I used to call people ignorant just like you are doing now.

Prove me wrong in any of my statements about honda and I will actually apologize. Till then, you can hold the bs: no one is impressed.

For someone with a Mazda, you do supporst Honda alot. YOU DISHONOR THE THE TRUE SPORTS CAR ENTHUSIAST! seriously though, why is there an argument going. Honda is good. they only have two cars meant to be performance cars though, and one of them is definately not a civic, accord, rsx, integra, etc. The nsx and s2000 are what you should support. Honda makes badass racecars, just not out of their econocars. Good engines can always be good and it is natural to be able to make them sporty engines, its just the platforms that makes the car worthless. that also makes the nsx and s2000 stand out being FR layout. Everyone beats the **** outta Honda nowadays though. Not much to support anymore

I do believe the NSX was an MR layout if you speak in Gran Turismo drivetrain layout terms.

yes it is MR layout. BTW the Japanese dont use RWD FWD. they use FF, MR, RR, FR since using these terms, you dont only explain the wheels that move the car, but the engine placement also. I just adapted that way as a habit
