It's a picture of an Audi covered with, and sitting up to its axles in, snow. It appears to have been driven recently (the windshield is clear, and the snow is mostly absent from the nose) and a moderate amount of displaced snow suggests that it plowed its way into the position in which it sits, presumably in the author's driveway. There is considerable scratching of the pane of glass or glass-like material which is between the camera and the subject being photographed, so we can infer from this that AlexO35 lives inside a newspaper vending machine.

It looks like it sat there for awhile and snow accumulated on it, then the owner went out, started it up, cleared the snow off of it (and the snow from the windshield/hood went to the ground in front of the car, giving the look that the car plowed its way to its current location) After clearing the snow off of it, the wipers were turned on (the car is running as it sits) and snow continued accumulating on the freshly cleared car. The owner then retreated back to his newspaper vending machine.

But I've been wrong before.

Freedom of speech means your government can't silence you. It doesn't mean you can say whatever you want without any consequences.
