For Mr. Joe Perez, and for the others here that are interested in space travel and behind-the-scenes looks inside. Space must be a lonely and boring place. Scenic, but lonely.

90's are still alive. Primus is easily 10-15% of my commute music.

I'm kind of amazed that they allowed him to actually bring a guitar up to ISS, given weight and space constraints. Mind-blowing visuals... I'd love to know what kind of camera that was shot on- the quality (especially dealing with ultra high-contrast situations, like looking out the window with the earth and sun in the background, and the dimly lit interior in the foreground) suggests an actual pro-grade unit with huge imaging sensors, which is precisely the sort of thing I would expect to *not* find on a space station. Must watch full-screen at 720 to appreciate. edit: Dammit, I was so in awe that I broke the rule. Self-pony: https://i.chzbgr.com/maxW500/7337225216/h40BA90D5/ |

That is an awesome video. I had that song stuck in my head yesterday after catching part of a movie where Adam Sandler was singing it. haha.

That is a fairly epic piece of video. And I think I may actually prefer this version of the song to the original.

I'm kind of old-school when it comes to video. When I think high-end video, I think Ikegami / Sony / Panasonic, with an Arri lens in front. Big over-the-shoulder stuff. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1368548317 I keep forgetting that the current crop of DSLR cameras can now shoot high-framerate HD video that puts these old 3CCD monsters to shame. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1368548317 (This was from the "filming" of the Season 6 finale to "House," which was shot entirely on a Canon EOS 5D.) |

I'm sure this will put a little blood in Joe's meat missile.

This has been 100% of my commute music the past year or so. Best live show touring today, if only because of their lighting director. The music is pretty good too.
