The late 60's early 70's Alfa's have turned me on since I was a little kid and they were new. The early GTV's are sex in my book. Anyone who hasn't driven an earlier Alfa needs to. You will never drive an engine happier to be at redline than a little Alfa four banger. Those engines are butter.

This Manta is quite cool, super + turbo
The injector style was commonly used on ferraris old f1-cars. I have a shitload of pictures of that kind of setup from the ferrari museum in maranello. Edit: can't find them on this computer though... sorry.

Holy ****, I haven't seen that Manta in years. That used to be one of my favorites. LOVE that car.

Listen to that s/c whine... and this video sucks compared to the one I remember without music. Why the **** do people who make videos think people want to hear their shitty taste in music? Let me hear the car.

Good thing there's a screen over the turbo inlet, wouldn't want to suck in a bird or a small child.

Also notice the lack of v-bands? Must be adamantium nuts and bolts?

Or the engine is actually well balanced, unlike our engines which shake like Michael J Fox at high rpm

That first Alfa with the removable panels and the mid-engine V10 is a freaking SLEEPER. Looks like a normal sedan with some ricer mods until... see ya loser.

That yellow Renault "Sport", or whatever it is, is freaking pearl necklace ****. Awesome. I had not seen that one yet.

Holy injector placement batman

First time I ever saw something like that.
And there are no problems with that sort of placement?

It could be a Concours car. It looks spotless, and it is parked on manicured grass.

Aren't those balance shafts? If you look carefully the belt coming off the left one wraps around another pulley just below it, the right one continues downwards, towards the crank I presume.

And Cortina = awesome.

Injector placement is fine, if you're a man.
