I guess these few line threw me off. I tried to read it again but it still looks like you said you filed a suit (which requires going to court) and you asked what to take to "COURT" and....asked about settling vs having to go to "COURT" I guess I should put on my glasses...oh, wait, I don't wear glasses.
I filed a suit, which means i went to the courthouse....they then set coutdate on which i have to go along with the guy i am suing at which time decision will be made....I do have the ability to drop the case before we go to court though if i so choose. Hope that clears up any confusion.
