Default Anyone here buy an iPhone?

Just curious. I thought i see what people were making on ebay from selling them considering there is only one store in the country that didn't sell out opening day. $770 on ebay for the 8gig model. Wish i had a few to sell.

That would be when I buy one. I can't justify selling my 60gb video and my cell for something that does the same thing while my things are paid for and working great. 8 gigs isn't enough for me when it comes to music.

Selling them on Ebay +1

Buying on to use -1

They got an awful review, for that much money....it better do alot more that what it does now. Simple things like voice recognition dialing....wtf, and its selling for $1000 on ebay.

I've used one, my friend got it. Its a great interface, and a small form factor. Quite frankly the whole phone is web based, which on the EDGE network (when you get service) sucks donkey.

I'd rather be able to use Flak and OGG, course I'd have to have enough room for flak but this is why if you are going to get a conciderably sized player don't get an ipod because they suck, and getting music off of them in anything resembling useful is a fruitless.

i've got no problem with ATT. I started with cell one, then att, then cingular, now back to ATT again. in the middle i had sprint. sprint blew.

everyone here touts verizon as the god of phones because it's in the metro (subway) underground. that's neat, but there are rumors that others will be added.

plus I like me some quad band GSM for taking to foreign countries. swap in a prepaid SIM and call whoever you want.

and isn't the 3G high speed hspda faster than everyone else (where available)?

The iphone works in rural alaska, don't see why anyone else would have problems with signal elsewhere.
A guy I know here flew down for business, tax write off, and stood in line to get one. He's happy with it thus far. I use AT&T, 5 years now, as well and verizon always sucked dick compared to them. ATT works everywhere I have ever been while verizon was shitty in hawaii and only worked in the cities of alaska.

If they sell a phone that just stores a phonebook and receives/makes calls, I'd buy it. I need one of those 4 button emergancy phones for kids.

I'm a little confused. I mean....are you calling you fat?

In any case, generally I tend to think that natural selection take out the stupid and the weak.
