We actually have one of these by my house. They sell you a 40 in a paper bag too. And probably stick a straw in so you don't spill it.

Joe Perez 07-21-2008 02:53 PM

Hmm. I'm 49% popular:

Some of those were just downright regional:
Subway (New York)
L or El (Chicago)
T (Boston)
Metro (London)
BART (LA)

Braineack 07-21-2008 03:12 PM

metro = VA/DC/MD :) But anyways, that the point....betcha statics will show the po' folk answered craw daddies and not crawfish, pop/grape drink instead of soda...

I'm surprised you weren't in the 1% range.....most people don't speak Old English

Joe Perez 07-21-2008 03:15 PM

DC- wasn't aware of that one. I've only been to Georgetown, and while I do recall that there was a subway system further in towards the capitol, I never had a need to use it. I was kinda thinking that in London the term "underground" is more popular.

And c'mon. I break out the Olde English for you guys, but in daily life I do still say y'all- a throwback to my southern upbringing.

Doughnuts, cookies, shitters, we used them all back in high school.

On the second one, we have them. We always called them just drive throughs, so I guess "F" is exactly correct. And, Nebraska IS pretty much exactly a redneck bumfuck state.

Oh, yeah. Duh. It's hard for me to keep all the various Northern California cities straight... LA, SF, SJ all a bunch of noisy, congested shitholes with bad weather.

Bonus- who knows what MARTA really stands for?

Nah, I don't buy that one at all. The City is always NYC- it's where Network Ops is located.
