Here is what I would do... So Ben feel free to use my idea and shove it clear up his ass... staying within his parameters of course.

Staying within these perimeters what would you do:

1: Coldside Supercharger
2: No Intercooler ( ECool ok if you say so )
3: No water, NOS nor methnol injection
4: 200 RWHP plus
5: $4000 limit ( no need to add money for the Bipes )
6: This has to include dyno time

I would convert the car to E85. (Ethanol is NOT methanol nor is it water.) I would use a megasquirt ECU. I would put a big ass crank pulley and small ass blower pulley on it and set the rev limit for 7500 RPM.

If he didn't limit me to a cold side supercharger I could do this even cheaper. And for you folks who have not figured it out yet, you really don't need an intercooler on an E85 system.

E85 + BEGI S kit + GT3071 + MS + 1600 cc = BIG Power
