Anyone know what kind of car this is?

My friend went to visit some family in Dubai and took a lot of car pics for me. Neither of us have any idea what make or model this is. It looks kinda like a Bugatti or an Alpha Romeo of some sort. Any thoughts?

It's either eccentric Japanese like Mitsuoka, or it's Korean. I'm banking on one or the other.

Whoever owns it isn't a very important person locally, judging by the number plate. (the higher the number, the further you are from the royal family)

I was thinking British but now I definitely see a resemblance to Kia. The first thing my uncle said when he saw it was "looks like its from Korea. Kia maybe"
