Granted Unions aren't with out their problems, but to say that they only protect the weak is utter bullshit. I have had 4 different unions work for me, and again a good worker will stay employed its the weak dumb less experienced workers that are protected. Have you taken a look at the contracts that the UAW has with the big 3? |
