Exactly. Thanks.

I also need to chill about getting everything ready for when we leave. Anyone know how to fix a fuel oil furnace that keeps shutting off even though you have replaced all of the main parts? Not a big deal because we pretty much only use space heaters and a wood stove, we just need it to keep the house from freezing. Serenity now.

Fuel pressure is low.

It did work for one day when I put it all together. Something must be fogging up the flame sensor. I quess its time to call someone. Where already going to be broke in Italy. I signed up for a 0% card through AMEX, not thinking that companies in Italy generally don't accept it. Oops.

YES. That makes sense. Now I just need to figure out why the compressor isn't working properly...

Can't tell if your being a smartass but most furnaces will trip on low fuel pressure.

If it doesn't end up being related to the problem, I'll let you know, for posterities' sake. I sure hope there weren't any plaques involved.

Congrats! The flame sensor kept moving around in its crappy design foam bracket. I kept moving it when I took the unit apart, so I didn't notice it. So technically, your idea didn't help me except to motivate me and it was a good idea.

I'll try to post some pictures when we finally get there, ready or not.
