Category: Import
Status: Clean Title

I have a 2003 Subaru wrx for sale, in USA - Indiana.

Mileage: 87,000 miles

I WANT TO TRADE FOR A MANUAL CUMMINS 3500 BUT IM ALSO LOOKING FOR ANOTHER RACECAR AS WELL. I need A reliable tow vehicle to tow my other racecar around the country OR A NEW RACERCAR

am the 2nd owner of this car and I bought it from my roomate in 2005. There is alot of time and pioneering into this car to make it rwd and work properly.
The car has been super very well maintained as my extra strict care for vehicles has carried over from my rx7 days lol.

there is damage on the driverside rocker, slid offroad last winter. i have a black door and silver fender that i replaced the damaged ones with car has 85,000 miles

alright here we go with the parts list ect.. deff will forget a few things.

-sti RA gearset w/bad 4th gear synchro, bad build by a shop in detroit:mad: has approx 10k and 3k since rwd.
-act 6 puck unsprung clutch
-aluminum flywheel
-modified front spindles for extra extra steering angle
-megan track coilovers
-stern st1 wheels 18x8.5 +35

-mbc to keep boost at 15lbs. car used to hit around 17 on stock bcs with cobb stage 2 so i put the mbc on to keep it down at 15.
I have gm boost solenoid going in soon
-rfl knockoff bov
-unequal length header
-nrg suede wheel with nrg 2.5 qr
-white powder coated autopower roll cage
-autometer boost and afr guage
-sti rear wing
-h6 rear brakes
-sti piston shifter
-factory short shift
-shifter bushings
-tig welded center diff properly heated and cooled.

Replace the tranny
Restore it to AWD
Repair the fascia and rear door/fender
Remove the pink vinyl & decals
Re-paint the door and fender
Reattach a new mirror

and I'll consider offering you $9,000 for it.

Why would you come on this forum and try to sell a car for double it's private party value... or is this a joke post? If I was able to do it, I'd delete the thread. I don't usually give negative comments in for sale threads, but this is ridiculous.

You lost me. What's so bad about him that you wouldn't sell it to him even if he offered 4k over your asking price?

Did he touch you?

Car seems pretty beat, dude.

abused would be, turning up the boost like all subaru guys do with no tune. abused would be worrying about modifying your headlights like subaru guys do instead of changing the engine oil and fluids like I do religiously.

This car has seen handfulls of auto x and only 1 HPDE.

This car ran a 13.1 at 103 when it still had a catted exhaust and stock 3.90 rearend. The car runs very strong and is very well maintained. YES IT DOES HAVE SOME COSMETIC ISSUES due to my mistake playing in the snow.
This car mechanically is going to be better than 90% of the subarus out there.

I have many local subaru people that have looked at my car and then went out and bought another for 9000 and almost all of them have came back and told me they wish they would have bought my car.

Im very ---- about taking care of my vehicle. I used to race rx7s and that taught me alot about taking care of stuff and paying close attention to upkeep.

YES I WISH THE CAR DIDNT HAVE A DENTED ROCKER AND PINK FENDER AND DOOR but at the moment im focusing on traveling and racing and dont exactly have the time or money to put into painting the subaru.

I would like to trade the subaru for a nice diesel truck worth around 8000 dollars. AS STATED IN THE TOP OF MY SALE THREAD

What's the deal with the loose zip ties on the front bumper?

That's where the bumper is cracked. Drift kids think it's cool to "stitch" the bumper closed with zip ties.

When people see all of the cosmetic damage the great mechanical reliability becomes a very secondary positive.

AND

Even if the car was 100% damage free, your market will be seriously limited just b/c it's RWD.

Thanks for the real response.

I understand the value of responsible maintenance.

I could make a point here about the weak market and glaring defects...but I'd hate to **** on your FS thread.

Good luck with sell.

Dude you have the most whored out subaru I've ever seen. I don't think a mexican could do worse. I actually like it. We're not supposed to threadshit here but you gotta admit that you're really asking for it.

It's got some cosmetic issues, but I'm sure Mgeoffriau took awesome care of the engine. He's really ---- about taking care of his car. That's a solid trade right there.
