Cheapest international shipping?

Trying to provide a quote shipping a small, light item such as a AFPR ;) from the USA to AUSTRALIA.

Cheapest I could find was $108 with DHL. UPS is $112. This is with duty type 03: low value.

Sounds crazy, is that accurate?

DHL and UPS are charging you an arm and a leg on brokerage fees.
