I go there sometimes, that place is ok. Most of the people are just a bunch of hardparkers looking to do up their interior and exterior old school jdm style:ugh2:

I spend more time there than M.net. They have a few people who are IRTB and FI as well, it's also a good resource for those hard to find JDM parts.

do they have a used parts section.i looked for it but couldnt find it.:robert:

I float a bit. but lately it's just been to bash kurt rohmer and his rear mounted turbo.

Been there before, but it's been a while. I'm not interested in a bunch of broke ass simps scraping together their last pennies to buy some 'JDM Bling' all backslapping each other because the drifting is mad tite.

Here, you have a bunch of people of regular means doing some neat DIY stuff to make their cars go fast.

At least at m.net, you have a group of people who race and even a few who are pretty damn helpful.

CR is for the folks too poor to be at m.net and too stupid to be at mt.net.

Honestly, I would rather spend my $$ on go fast parts, but hey to each their own. (I know that there are some FI/modded cars there too.) I kind of see it as www.miatainteriorexterior.net.

they havent caught all to all his "im going to do this this and this" yet. he still talks a big game over there with little to show.

Could someone please tell me what's so special & awe inspiring about rusted out body panels that drives everyone on that site to go nuts with compliments when someone posts pictures of their car with this type of shit.

I used to go there a lot, until I realized it's the Honda-tech of the Miata scene. Lots of hardparkers with "jdm" this and "rare" that. Not my scene. There are a few decent members but I just don't feel like sifting through all the BS to find the good topics.

Plus some of the moderators ruin the site.

I'm on there, usually to browse the for sale section, and because local meets usually get coordinated there, and it's fun to go and hang out and talk to people that share a common interest in their cars. Didn't have that at all with my Saturn.

I would probably go more but ever since I ground a hole in my 3-point mazdaspeed shock tower brace to clear my wastegate I figured they'd find out and be all mad and junk.

oh and I guess I cut off the master cylinder brace and put it on the driver's side where the master cylinder is. JDM = RHD = washer fluid brace.

I like to look at some of the pictures, if you want to see x-wheel on x-car in x-color you can probably find it there, those guys are fucking obsessed with wheels. Some of them have some nice looking cars. I see no reason to interact on it though, the signal to noise ratio is not that great.

He's right about the people for the most part. Although, I haven't really gotten the feel of the place yet.
I read here for good knowledge on performance and there for appearance stuff, and browse both for parts :). I go to m.net for the humor of it all, and to read about the elitists and their NCs.
I like my car to go fast first, and look good doing it second. The mad tyte JDM parts really isn't really something I obsess over.

Classified ads and garage pics. Forum just for a laugh now and then.

If you idolize and worship attention whores or are one yourself there’s no better Miata related forum out there.
And...if you enjoy posing for group shots humping someones car it is perfect! ;)
That being said, theres some cool people there as well, but those folks can be found everywhere.

Geesh, why so much bashing, we are all miata enthusiast when it comes down to it, just with different style. If everyone had the same style there wouldnt be anything to talk about. Just me .02

I dont mind pretty, I actually like the style of SOME of the cars there. But I will pay for fast first.

I was considering that beatrush undertray that has been posted recently, but decided that now that I have the tig that I can just make my own, very nice full aluminum undertray. Even have it extent all the way to the wheels and up to shroud the rad.
