you guys have some sweet cars!

so i will have a new DD starting next week, its my little $500 hooptie that i use to haul kayaks to the lake. Its a 94 s-10 with a 4.3L v6, 5 speed manual, 4x4, long bed with 262k miles.

Two weeks ago my fiancee was in a car accident, dude came across traffic and crushed her car. her car was less than a year from being paid off and we were planning to move vehicles around after the wedding next spring. She loves the cx-5 and the plan was that she would get it at that point. So last night we moved the plans up to this year. She will take over payments on the CX-5 and i will hopefully rock the MSM and truck for this year and then after the wedding I'll go look for a new truck.

Yes. Actually thinking about it and looking at the Stage 3 stuff. F150 short bed with 3.5TT has some serious rear traction woes in wet though

absolutely not.

Looks SO MUCH BETTER lowered. These swift springs are the perfect stance for this car IMO.

One more gratuitous shot of 's car with mine. That's my dad in the photo.

Used to be the 1997 Miata, but now its the 2016 Corolla. The Miata still gets driven to work about 2 days a week, sometimes 3.

To each their own. It isn't nearly as low a it looks, lol. Didn't serve much of a purpose beyond, AC and racing the occasional WRX owner on on-ramps.

Picked this up a couple months ago after having a 2013 wrx (I hated having to worry about that engine blowing). '17 BRZ series yellow

This or the 250r if I feel like putting all my gear on in the morning.

This is supposed to be my daily but I can't get the f***er to run right.

Love the Saab. It's a shame they're such piles.

I love it when it wants to run right. Pretty much all the problems I've had with it are self inflicted though. Original 2.0 was running great with a 2554 till I decided to pretty it up by powder coating stuff. Valve cover didn't get cleaned out after being blasted and trashed that engine. Now its a 2.3 with je pistons and a 3071. Still trying to work out all the issues with the new setup. (maf performance codes and really bad compressor surge)

Ah a daily driver thread.

This is mine, a Lexus IS200:

Recently lowered it with a TEIN Street Advance-Z coil over kit, rides a little better.

This is a European spec Lexus, something you will not see in the US of A.
It has a 2.0L straight 6 with a 6 speed manual (Toyota calls it J160 which in turn is almost the same AZ-6 as in the Miata) and (this one is a Sport spec) Torsen LSD.
Rides really nice and chassis is well balanced. The engine is really quiet at high revs, but that is really the only good thing about the engine.
Gas mileage and performance both suck, but the gearbox is quite nice though. A 2JZ swap would be nice, but not sure it is worth the money (and hassle to find a suitable gearbox).
