Nothing for you to answer except all that fancy pants autotune stuff, etc.............. I want to feel important too! (and don't worry, I will always recommend your O2 clamp! )

The biggest Miata Club in Southern California is SOCALM...http://new.socalm.org/Home_Page.html
They do **** pretty much every weekend. Also, at www.miata.net, towards the bottom of the main forum page is a special section called "Communities"... there's a section for California.

You in the UP? I've been enjoying the mild snow around flint... all the main roads have been clear. All of the side roads are nice and slick so I can drift at low enough speeds to not be dangerous (<10 mph).

Nope, Traverse City. I have my suspension setup on the civic (trial and error) for a bit of oversteer so its quite fun on the snow. My drive is 11 miles of rarely plowed very rarely traveled roads, so I am often sliding sideways at 45-50. One of these days, I am going to hit a deer or ditch it but so far its been 11 years of fun. Of course, I have a kid in the back now so I am really watchful for other cars. And with new snow tires, the car reigns in nicely. I should probably get a car with a bunch of airbags one of these days though.
