I don't know if there is really anything I can or even could have done rather than try to convince this guy to have a conscious? I had bought what he claimed to be 750cc injectors, and turned out to be 550s that I'm not sure really fit a Miata, when prepping for going up with boost and by the time I was ready, it was past the time that Paypal would do anything about it. (90 days) So, I was just sitting here and it came to mind that this still bugs me, and was going to send a semiannual PM but his inbox is full so here's a Insert BS here thread... If this is against any rule, just let me know.

Right. Not 750cc, and I don't know if they would fit right, they've just been sitting as I went with some RCs. Not as described. This guy.

I'd always be weary of someone who only makes posts in the FS section of a forum.

Thats reasonable I suppose, however I am mostly like that too. I will try to change, just have to have some cool stuff to show the discerning audience here... :)

Sucks man. So many shady and terrible sellers out there these days its sad.

But for the 10000th time, here's the best approach to take:

Look at their seller rating, join date, and participation level on the forum. If they're new, your caution level should go up. If they have low feedback, your caution level should go up. If they're not really part of the community and just selling crap, caution level goes up. And if they have negative ratings (as this guy CLEARLY DOES), your caution level should SKYROCKET.

So in the end, you took a risk knowing there's a very good chance this guy is a POS. And he turned out to be a POS.

Hopefully lesson learned for you. And hopefully many others.

Other negatives were about shipping times. You're right though obviously.

Today I am thinking about the total I have saved over the years in spite of a couple other douches by buying used or even sometimes new on the net and my total is in the end savings but that doesn't make this guy or the two others ever that have taken me any less of crooks. Sorry for limited punctuation on that... On phone.

Well, for damage control at this point, you should maybe consider posting pics and any numbers that might be on the injectors so that you can figure out what they do fit. Then you could sell them correctly for what they are and make some of that lost cash back. The douche will likely not ever refund what you've spent but you might could get some of it that way.

If you payed with a credit card via paypal you can charge it back if its still within your credit cards chargeback period. You get your money back and you fuck over his pay pal account.

Brain I left the feedback for him in February after I learned they were not right. I know that was 90 days after Paypaling. I may still check with the bank and there is still time on a civil statute but outta state etc.
