Quick google search shows the original company out of business, another one exists, but the knuckles are not as pointed as the ones shown.

you can buy the raw material at mcmaster for under $20 and drill and cut it to whatever you want.

I have never seen those exact knuckles, but I've had some plastic knuckles for years, they aren't clear but they do take up less room and are easier conceal imo.
