Diffraction Glasses improving life as you know it?
So I started a small business I called Auroravizion while I was working a full-time job elsewhere and it's been really interesting watching it grow and morph into a fun time consuming hobby and job. This makes me very excited as I look forward to the steep learning curve I get to experience and the success that I hope the business experiences over the next year.
Have you guys ever worn Diffraction Glasses? If not the technology has been around for a long time and people commonly refer to them as fireworks glasses, 3D glasses, rave glasses, psychedelic glasses, or whatever jargon the individual feels like spitting out to make them supposedly sound like a know it all physicist with paper glasses on their face. Btw, my glasses are hard durable plastic with hard plastic lenses.
On to the goods, I'm not looking for sales but I do want to make sure my fellow miata friends know that the ultimate visual experience isn't created by... ok I was going to throw in some hustler joke but I'll let him speak his mind instead. It will likely involve some gay fapping rainbow humor. Maybe a little taunting will bring out his creativity.
The glasses create these effects when looking at a single non-diffused light source. I love it myself and so do most other people:
I'll refrain from posting product images because you guys have seen glasses before so that part makes sense. It's the effect that I like to share. For those of you that like shows, concerts, bars, music festivals, fireworks, bonfires, or really anything that involves fun light sources you need to experience this someday.

Guess you could say that, I know many people that say that including myself. If anything I like being able to promote a drug free lifestyle amongst my primary demographic.
Thank you, no one else had caught that including myself. Ninja edit.
You work in one of the most advanced visual realms to begin with, this is child's play for you. However they do turn simple lighting into a much more fun experience. They enhance amazing light shows far better though.
Yes, without the need to spin a wheel. Bobbing your head is as much of a spinning effect as you can get. Though I would like to make some glasses that have a rotational filter.
That's one of the few things that we tell people not to use them for.
I can say yes and no. Our primary demographic is the young rave crowd but people that don't attend raves appreciate them as well. I take them downtown to the local bars to share them with people, they're well received amongst the 25-45 year olds here in Kona.
I'm sure someone could figure that one out. I'll keep promoting a drug free lifestyle though.

Including my 80 year old grandparents that like to sit on the front lanai and look at the street lights with them on.
