"Drive" the movie...who saw it?

Last week I went to see "Drive". I absolutely loved it.
For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, check this out:

This movie kicked so much ass that if my alternate personality wasn't such a scumbag, he would we the main character in this movie. It was only 1 hour and 40 minutes, but it felt like 3 hours. It moved slow, similar to "No Country For Old Men", but once it took off, it was a huge ride. Ryan Gosling's character seems like a weirdo quiet guy who responds with 1 liner answers, at least for the first 1/2 of the movie...then the shit hits that fan.
To break it down, Ryan Gosling plays a wheelman for hire, stunt driving for movie productions by day and steering getaway vehicles for armed heists by night. He kinda falls for his neighbor who appears to be a single mother, but she tells him her husband is coming home from prison soon. Gosling's character tries to help his neighbors husband pull off a heist to pay off his prison dues with the mob, but the heist goes wrong. Now Gosling's character finds himself driving to defend the girl he loves, tailgated by a syndicate of deadly serious criminals. When he realizes that the gangsters are after more than the bag of cash in his trunk, the "driver" is forced to do what he has to to settle the debt.

The movie was pretty gory and violent, but that's what I liked about it. Some blood thirsty scenes actually made me chuckle. If you saw it, you'd understand.

When this comes out on Blue Ray, I'm buyin it and adding it to my collection right next to my other favs. I loved it partially due to the fact that I went with my wife, my best friend, and his wife. I could tell my wife wasn't really into it, and my friend and his wife were like, "meh".
Who checked out this masterpiece?
