I'm Russian. Meat and potatoes is like 50% of our diet. The other 50% is Vodka, but I don't drink liquor so I compensate with steak and lobster.

If he harasses my potato eating, I will have to declare war on him. I must break him.

Best I've taken for those slow mornings. I'll have it with my morning protein drink. Sometimes with 2 ibuprofen to fight off a hangover

Those looks delicious V

You don't pay attention. Jason loves specific forms of potato starches.

Only in powdered, processed, modified form. Ordinary potatoes in their natural state are apparently just as evil as all grains everywhere.

I like making sandwiches. Here's the sandwich I had for dinner last night.

Tri-tip, an egg, Tillamook white cheddar, Dave's good seed bread, mini sweet peppers, baby greens/spinach. Lovely.

Fun fact on potatoes and health concerns. Don't eat them too unripe (think green color near skin/hard) or when they are overripe (sprouting) which your palate should prevent you from doing in the first place. If you ignore your palate like a good heathen, both of those cases have excess levels of a naturally occurring pesticide called solanine. Its most heavily found just under the skin and in the sprouts themselves. It is toxic to you if you eat enough of the unideal potato. Acute symptoms from overeating these are rare but still it is best to avoid.
