So, it turns out that this is actually a real thing, which you can, in theory, buy.
Conceived as a tongue-in-cheek protest against what they consider to be a disgusting trend of hoity-toity gourmet burgers, NYC food truck 666 Burger proudly preset The Douche Burger, full of "rich people stuff.”
Nothing really exotic, just your average kobe beef patty topped with aged Gruyere cheese melted in champagne steam, then loaded with caviar, foie gras, lobster, truffles and a sprinkling of gold leaf, served in a wrapper made from three $100 bills. The price? Same as the truck's name. $666.

Tear two strips of bacon in half, and cook until crisp over medium heat. Leave grease in pan.
Form 1/3 lb beef patty, using 75-80% lean meat. (Pre-formed patties can be used, but they MUST NOT be frozen.) Sear at high heat 2.5 minutes per side.
Split a telera roll, and toast on a pan under broiler until browned. Be watchful- the bread goes from "nicely toasted" to "charred ruin" in approximately three seconds.
Spread creamy peanut butter onto bottom roll. Apply a generous amount of strawberry preserves or jam onto the top roll, and cover with bacon.
Transfer beef patty to bottom roll, and apply a liberal amount of Sriracha.
Result? The Best Damn Hamburger Ever Created by Man.

Made some buffalo chicken and cheese dip. Good stuff. 16oz of cream cheese, a block of shredded cheddar (maybe ~4 cups), 1 cup of blue cheese dressing, 3/4 cup of franks hot sauce and 1/2 stick of butter. 1lb of chopped and boiled chicken. Mix, put in oven safe bowl/dish and bake for 20 minutes.
