"fuck my life."
 |
It would be a lot more funny if it was not true.
|
My bad mood just became a worse mood.
|
that was pretty funny.
|
Also, one of the little blobs at the end should be some other color too. Now that would really add to the funny.

+1. This is why I am terrified to get married. I haven't seen much first hand positive reinforcement that marriage actually works. Everyone around me has a failing or failed marriage.

Remember you aren't everyone else, you will follow your own beliefs or values. Don't get married if you aren't wiling to make it a forever thing. /preaching |
mother fuck me.
In my current relationship I'm entering phase 7. Jesus christ. Please no. |
That is funny, but I dont believe it has to be true.
Marriage can be a wonderful thing. These days it seems people are getting into relationships they should not be in or dont work to make it work well. Its just like any other relationship, it may come naturally for the most part but, it wont last without work from both parties. I have been married for almost 6 years and I evaluate things from time to time and sure, things could be better sometimes but, I love my wife, she loves me, we make each other better people and together we live a better and more successful life because we work together to achieve our goals in life. I know I could not find anyone else who loves me like she does. We are both better people because of each other. Coming from a family of numerous failed marriages I was not going to marry until I knew for sure I had found the one that would make me happy. I dont believe in settling. We dated for years before marrying. I also dont believe its worth staying together just because of the kids either (based on personal experiance). But that is a whole different subject. /preaching as well |
Hey Joe, why'd you delete the post content? Or did it just die of old age?
|
Dang, I was checking my email and I got a notification for a thread on here, and I hadn't posted for a few years so I had to come and see. Talk about a necropost. For the record, I'm still married to the same person
Is Joe still alive? |
Joe slipped down a ravine out in the desert. Took a few years to find his bones. He left his miata in LA, his bicycle in NY, and something with a CVT in Chicago.

As TurboTim speculated, I did fall into a canyon and die, but I got better. Anyway, the ability of this forum to host images locally didn't exist fifteen years ago. Back then, you had to hotlink to original sources (which the sources then started preventing due to bandwidth concerns), or else use a third-party hosting site such as Photobucket or Picoodle or Imgur. Problem is that those third-party sites then started either vanishing or transitioning to a subscription model in which access to your content was blocked unless you paid a monthly fee. As a result of that, I have lost tons of content over the years. Much of it was stuff that I created myself, and then didn't worry about archiving because I thought it was safe in the cloud. But Crarrs is correct. That comic was created by Matthew Inman, who draws the long-running webcomic series The Oatmeal, has published nine books, is the creator of the wildly popular card game Exploding Kittens which is now a TV series produced by King of the Hill creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, and is perhaps best known for creating the "technical difficulties" error page for the furry-fetish dating site Tumbler back in 2011: https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...4b30662256.png And so I have edited the original post, 15 years after the fact, to restore the missing images. |

I'm glad you got better Joe, given you are coming up to your 20 year anniversary! So, where is the party going to be, and when will I get my invitation?
