Armor-all Wheel Cleaner, and some power steering fluid. Its an old detailers trick. (well, its not so much a before and after pic but you get the point.)

The wheel cleaner acts like a degreaser. Works alot better then EngineBrite or any of that. Power steering fluid on your belts and hoses makes them really shiny and new looking.
