During the AOL era my email was Capt_Tarkin@aol.com. It was supposed to be a Star Wars character but I think the rank is wrong.

Hell, I remember when the 386 was a major upgrade. 3 grand + for a computer back then, too.

Because I am unashamed of my geekness, I will offer that Tarkin's official title was Grand Moff, and that he was referred to as Governor Tarkin by Leia upon their first meeting. Although he appears to wield command authority over the Imperial Navy, his office is political, rather than military.

An analogy might be the US President's titular role as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, despite the fact that he holds no commission.

I'd completely forgotten about that thread.

Had a few laughs. Iron Feliks indeed. Reminds me of a guy who lived in the same dorm as me freshman year. Josef, with an F. He was very adamant about that point.

Last name, first initial, and the year of my car.

Back in 05, I had to make a gamertag for XBL. Chose "The Pwnographer". Used that for a lot of forums, but it makes no sense on car forums so I just used this.

A redneck friend (yes we have them in Canada too) asked me how come I was driving that Barbie Car around (instead of something like his full size dually presumably). I couldn't spell Barbie.

I used to be a DNA jockey in a lab... yeah; splicing, cutting, mutating DNA in an effort to clone the perfect human - I failed.

I'm confused. Is he showing off his muscles or pretending to be an orangutan?
