Vash I sent it to the strip and the other one (forgot name) like I was supposed to. I plan on playing through a few times, this time im trying to be as inline with the ncr as possible. Oh and besides stealing, I'm being good.

 

I think I got maybe 15 or 16 hours into it! I made my way south, then east, then north and now im at Crimson Caravan. I stopped by Helios so I could fast travel back there to the that quest. I just wanted to get to the north side to finish the quest that poped up after talking to Cass


This **** has frozen up on me like 3 times. The dude that is following me around likes to get stuck in **** as well.

 

Damn, im stuck in Valut 22.

lol, yeah i gave up on that quest for right now till my skills get higher. i think im still at like level 9.

right now im workin on the quest that takes you to vault 22 that you pick up from talkin to a scientist in crimson caravan. i think its called the grass grows tall or somthing.

 

i havent played much vid games since I got back from deployment...wow, it's incredible how much time I have to do useful **** now

 

If you want to earn a shitload of caps, go to Mcarren and do the "There stands the grass" side quest. you get 1200 caps for the the quest its self and an aditional 800 caps for doing an optional mission within that quest! (be sure to take a couple long fuse dynimite sticks with you)

 

I love this game. Only level 9 after a couple of hours. Need more cash to enter the strip now. Where (or when) can you get the .50 cal sniper? I've seen it at Gun Runners, but no option to buy it from that fagmo robot in the shed.

 

if you go to the 188 trading post they have one for a lil over 1000 caps! do the quest i talked about in post #27 for some mad caps. i think im up to like 8000 caps now. Also, in Novac if you compleat the quest there and are on good terms with that city they will give you the keys to a hotel room.


EDIT: IDK if it the 50 cal or not though. cant remember!

 

Just got in on the party for PC...seems pretty good so far.

 

I just did the quest for NCR where you have to kill all the legion members at cottonwood.

I'm trying to take my time and explore everything before I go to the strip.

 

yeah, im trying to stick to the side quests as much as possible! i cant wait for some exspansion packs to come out for this.

there are alot of quests in vegas that will get you alot of caps and you will come across some nice weapons at the same time.

 

didn't find one at 188. Completed vault 22 though and just entered the strip. My follower, Veronica is pretty damn funny in dialogue

 

where did you pick up her?

there are a few different traders at 188, one of them there has a sniper rifle. i dont think its a 50 cal though. i did a quest were i found a few sniper rifles.

 

She was at 188 post. Asked me if she could follow me. Found a 50 cal at gun runners now. It finally showed up now I have sufficient caps and level 14.

Anyone killed mr House yet?

 

I decided to see what all the talk was about and finally entered the strip.

I talked to Mr. House and went to get the chip from Benny. I was supposed to make my way to his room and look around, but I ran into him before I found his room. He said something about meeting in private and I figured that was when I would take him out and get the chip. He sent some guys up to the room instead and fled with the chip to a legion camp. That's where I'll pick up when I play next.

I really don't have time to be ******* with this game, but once I start playing an hour goes by like 10-15 mins!!

So far I like the game. I agree its pretty much a new fallout 3, but there's nothing wrong with that. I'm not sure how many hours I have into thus far, but the gf has fallen asleep on the couch a couple times now watching it. lol

 

so.... no rape mod yet?
