Well I finally experienced positive manifold pressure in my miata.

And it was glorious to say the least.

Post count was 158.

Pics to come later, I'm only at 5 PSI now until I can get my injectors and intercooler in.

I have one question though. When the car is off my boost gauge sits at about 3 psi vacuum... Does this mean it is reading 3 psi low? When I bought it, it sat a zero. Gauge is a sunpro from autozone.

 

i have the same guage but mine does not do that

does it stay that way? like have you tried letting it sit for a few hours?

 

Yes, It is fixed at -3. It was fine until my friend flung it off the drill press trying to drill out the bottom holes lol.

 

I'll be two streets over working on Matt's car this weekend. You should swing by so we can make fun of you while we work on super-miata.

 

I might do that. I drove by it the other day when it was on the trailer and it just looks badass.
